We hear you want to book your favorite classes fur

We hear you want to book your favorite classes further out than a week!

To clear up the class booking stress, our class schedule will open up TWO weeks in advance on Sunday’s at 3pm EST. This means each Sunday at 3pm, the class schedule for the following 2 weeks will open up. We kindly ask that you only sign up for the classes you can attend and continue to use the waitlist. This will allow our clients to attend class and be present without the stress that they are missing the booking window for next weeks class. Those on the 6 and 12 month contract Unlimited Membership will receive priority booking from the waitlist.

With the new booking policy, we will be strictly enforcing the late cancel/no show policy for all classes, no exceptions. All cancellations must be done via the app or website. Please do not message on social media or call/text to cancel your reservation.

A friendly reminder of our cancellation policy:
8-hour cancellation policy for all classes except Reformer Pilates, $10 fee after the 8 hours.
$20 no show fee for all classes except Reformer Pilates.
24-hour cancellation policy for Reformer Pilates, $20 late cancel fee after 24-hours.
$30 no show fee for Reformer Pilates.
Any card on file that cannot be charged will forfeit the class.

Lastly, those who wish to take Advance Reformer and Athletic Reformer, must reach out to me (Rodrianna) to receive access rights to booking in the system. This is to ensure our clients are ready for this level of a class, are safe and receive the benefits of the movements. If you are new to Reformer Pilates, please start with Beginner Reformer Pilates, this is where you will learn the basics and how you move your body on the Reformer and how to navigate the Reformer.

We kindly ask for your continued cooperation as we transition to the new policy and work out any kinks that may arise.
