A dynamic and invigorating fitness experience that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. This full-body Barre fitness workout incorporates small movements, light weights, and additional props to strengthen and sculpt. Combo movements and cardio are added to get your heart rate up. Barre will help improve your posture, balance, flexibility, and strength. Suitable for all fitness levels.

What You Need To Know

The 45-minute class will begin with a warm-up to get the muscles prepared for more intense exercises to improve your cardiovascular capacity. You will quickly move into focused core work. Core strength is of paramount importance for your overall health, fitness, and well-being. Class will then proceed into upper body and lower body movements utilizing various props (Pilates ball, light hand weights, bands, etc.) to help sculpt and strengthen your major muscle groups. Your instructor is there to ensure you are properly completing the movements, feeling empowered in the movements, and ensuring you are having fun with your Barre workout! Your instructor will encourage you to work within your fitness abilities and will always provide modifications and advanced movements when needed. You’ll end class with a deep stretch and words of affirmation.
