Your instructor will guide you through class and remind you to prioritize mindfulness during your practice which will support stress reduction. Your certified yoga instructor will guide you and provide hands-on assistance if permitted. Yoga is for everyone. Suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications and advancements are always provided. What You Need To Know

Your 45-minute session will begin with centering to bring awareness to the present moment and prepare your mind for the practice. You will then warm up to loosen the body. Your instructor will then move into the heart of the class where you will flow through sequences of poses, emphasizing proper alignment, balance, and mindful connection between breath and movement. Class will end with savasana and an optional massage with muscle cream from your instructor. This is a great way to relieve stress and end your work week. The specific sequence and duration of each segment can vary, and the class structure may be adapted to suit the style of the instructor’s teaching philosophy.
